The post Graduate Dept of Commerce organised a one Day Workshop on “PERSONNEL EFFECTIVENESS” for M.Com students, the resource persons for the workshop were Amey Hegde & Dr Jyoti Hegde, on 16th August 2017. The resources persons covered the following:
- How to be motivated: lessons from inspirational life story of Physically Disabled Goan Entrepreneur Mr Agostinho Fernandes.
- How to be more happy & positive: Gratitude Diary.
- How to be more confident: List of Strengths.
- How to speak confidently in front of groups.
- How to make time for real priorities-4D Goals.
- How to be ready for corporate world.
In all 25 M.Com students & teaching staff participated in the workshop.
