Principal’s Welcome

This year, the First and Second Year students have a vast array of courses to choose from. These courses have been offered by our Institution as per Goa University and UGC Guidelines for the National Education Policy 2020. NEP 2020 seeks to transform Higher Education by providing flexibility to students in terms of choice of subjects to study and academic pathways. Students will be able to choose from a variety of majors, minors, multidisciplinary, ability enhancement, skill enhancement and value added courses. This will remove the rigid boundaries between disciplines and create new possibilities for students to choose and

learn the subjects of their choice The creative combination of disciplines is further enhanced by multiple entry and exit points.

The undergraduate degree will now be of either a three- or four-year duration, with multiple entry and exit options within this period, with appropriate certifications.

This institution promotes growth of studies in Pure Sciences, Languages, Humanities and Commerce along with Sports, Curricular and Co-curricular activities. Our institution aims at boosting the scientific temperament and professional ethics which will mould students to grow up to their potential and lead a successful life. IGNOU and Certificate/ Diploma courses in Sanskrit language hosted by this institution will further provide opportunity for distance learning recipient and aspirant community. NSS and NCC Unit will enrich the young minds which will encourage them to demonstrate disciplined and responsible behaviour in the society.
