Procedure :
The Students feedback was obtained through google forms. A course-wise approach was adopted to obtain feedback. The google form links were shared with the students through email and also through the college website.
Implementation Methodology :
A fifteen days window was opened for the students to submit the feedback. During the window period the students were constantly reminded to submit the feedback. Every faculty member ensured that the google links were available to every student.
Responses Analysis :
After the fifteen days window period was over, the feedback was consolidated and placed before the principal. The same was discussed by the principal with the respective faculty member. In the course of the discussion the faculty member was given an opportunity to agree or disagree with he responses of the feedback. The entire process was conducted confidentially and the result f the feedback were marked confidential and kept private.
