Govt. College of Arts, Science and Commerce Khandola Library is equipped to meet the essential academic needs of its users (students & faculties). It has a rich collection of over 26359 books in various disciplines. The library is spacious and spreads over carpet area of 500 sq. mtr. The collection is continuously updated with changes in curriculum. The college has a membership of N-LIST (INFLIBNET) to provide access to users to large number of e-resources. Library is well connected with Wi-Fi.

Apart from books for general reading, the Library subscribes to 27 journals (National and International), 19 magazines, 18 newspapers, 714 project reports and the Government Gazette. The Collection includes encyclopedia of high repute, dictionaries, directories, year books, rare titles and 450 CDs.

2 Property counter Properties counter facility to its users to deposit their bags before entering the library. But they are advised.
3 Reading Hall Library has a reading hall with the seating capacity of 100 users. It also has a separate cluster research centre room for research students.
4 Reprographic Service Reprographic Service is provided on payment of Rs.0.50 paisa per page.
5 Internet Library is well connected with Wi-Fi Facility
6 User Orientation Newly enrolled students are made aware about the various facilities provided by the college library every year during orientation program. The students are trained in searching the books/ OPAC in the college library by the library staff.
7 Book Bank The library has a rich collection of around 2684 books in book bank section. The books are procured in the book bank strictly keeping in view demand of the student. The book bank scheme is available only to students with low family income. It renders services to students by providing maximum 4 6textbook of their choice for full academic year.

 

8 Book Demand Students are allowed to place book reservation for books which generally remains under issue.
9 Current Awareness Service Library provide various services like CAS, SDI, Newspaper clippings, Reference services, syllabus, Inter library loan.
10 Special facilities for physically disabled As the library is located on 1st floor, the library staff provides special service to such students i.e. door steps of the college.

College has a membership of N-LIST (INFLIBNET) wherein large number of e-resources such as e-books and e-journals can be accessed. College also has a club membership of National Digital Library of India (NDL).

12 Book Lending Library books are issues for home reading for a period of 7 days.
