Procedures and policies for maintaining and utilizing physical, academic and support facilities – laboratory, library, sports complex, computers, classrooms etc.

•  The day to day routine cleaning and maintenance of College campus is entrusted to an external government agency “Goa state human resource Development Corporation” or its empanelled private players.

• All equipments procured and placed in warranty / guaranty period are serviced by the respective vendors.

• All equipments vendors from whom equipments were procured   were encouraged and entertained to execute annual maintenance contract.

• General infrastructural building maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, sanitary and civil works pertain to college campus landscape is entrusted to State Public Works Department, Govt. of Goa.

• All HVAC systems in college are maintained by hiring appropriate technical service providers on case to case basis.

• All computing and intra LAN   network systems in college are maintained by hiring appropriate technical service providers on a case to case basis.

• All laboratory, library and sports equipment are repaired /serviced in designated time periods and kept operational by hiring appropriate technical service providers on case to case basis.
